Treating wounds is a complex task. Each case is unique and patients will heal at varying rates. The Wound Healing Center staff is prepared to handle a variety of different wounds. Any wound failing to improve with multiple treatments or therapies

Venous Stasis Ulcers (also known as Lower leg ulcers)

Venous leg ulcers are ulcers that form on the lower leg as a result of damaged or abnormal veins. These veins become damaged due to injury, blood clots, obesity, or aging. The ulcer starts out as a rash that develops into an open wound and requires wound care, compression, and elevation.

Pressure ulcers
