Services We Offer
Outpatient Imaging Center
An outpatient imaging center is a facility that sees patients on an outpatient basis. This allows patients to access a wide range of imaging services, such as X-rays and ultrasounds, without the need to go to a hospital.
General Diagnostic Radiology
Diagnostic radiology uses non-invasive imaging scans to diagnose a patient. The tests and equipment used sometimes involves low doses of radiation to create highly detailed images of an area.
MRI and Intraop MRI
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an advanced imaging technique that uses a combination of computer-generated radio waves and a magnetic field to create detailed images of the soft tissues and organs inside the body. Intraoperative MRI can be used to produce real-time images during surgery. Intraoperative MRI is typically used during brain surgery.
CT and Cardiac CT
A cardiac computed tomography is a CT scan that uses x-rays to create detailed pictures of the heart and its blood vessels.
Interventional radiology (IR), uses medical imaging to guide minimally invasive surgical procedures that diagnose, treat, and cure many kinds of conditions.
Women’s imaging includes several radiology procedures specifically related to women and the diseases that are most common among women such as breast cancer or gynecological issues.
PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine
The positron emission tomography (PET) scan and the computerized tomography (CT) scan are types of nuclear medicine imaging technology that provide a detailed view of inside the body. PET uses radioactive substances to obtain images and measure changes in physiological activities, such as metabolic processes, blood flow, and absorption. CT uses multiple X-rays taken from different angles to crate a 3D image of the inside the body.
Ultrasound imaging uses sound waves to produce pictures of the inside of the body. It is used to help diagnose the causes of pain, swelling and infection in the body and to examine a baby in pregnant women and the brain and hips in infants.
Neuroradiology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of brain, spinal cord, head and neck, and vascular lesions using x-rays, magnetic fields, radio waves, and ultrasound.
Pediatric radiology is a subspecialty of diagnostic radiology focused on children, from babies through to adolescents and even young adults.
