Services We Offer

3D Endorectal Ultrasounds

3D endorectal ultrasound (ERUS) provide better visual images of tumor volume and space between adjacent organs and structures compared with standard ERUS and MRI, which leads to better diagnostic accuracy than MRI and ERUS.

Avoidance of Colostomies for Colon Resections

Bowel cancer patients may avoid the need for colostomy bags if they are first treated by having an expandable tube inserted at the site of their blockage.

Colon, Rectal and Anal Cancer/Polyp Screening

Colon, rectal and anal cancer/polyp screenings are tests used to look for a disease when a person doesn't have symptoms. When a person has symptoms, diagnostic tests are used to find out the cause of the symptoms.

Genetic Testing

Hemorrhoids

Minimally Invasive Surgery

Colon and Rectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer starts in either the colon or the rectum and, in most cases, develops slowly over many years. Most start as a polyp - a growth of tissue that starts in the lining and grows into the center of the colon or rectum. A type of polyp known as an adenoma can become colon cancer.
